What To Expect
Home remodeling projects, both big and small, can feel overwhelming. The team at EK&B is here for you every step of the way. Though each project is unique and the process might look a little different given the specifics of the project, this is a basic outline of the steps involved in a full room remodel.

At EK&B, we all work together to make your dream home a reality. We want to meet our neighbors, so the first hour of design time is on the house. We will share thoughts on your project and estimate the design fee. Most designs only cost $300-$800 and your final room layout gets drawn in 3D. What’s really nice is the plans are yours! If you decide to wait and do the project later, you will have a great set of prospective plans as a start. We have found that this approach gives the client a lot of clarity to make the best decisions for their home.
Should you accept our quote, we always take tremendous pride in treating your home with respect. Our livelihood depends on it and we have many past clients you may speak with regarding their experience with us.
